I've converted my personal spreadsheet into a public neutral-information spreadsheet.

Note the list at the bottom of known shirts (that some people may have) that haven't been officially released!
If you have gamedata (a photo would be great) of a yet-unused logo, let me know and I'll add it.

I've been working on it for the last 3 hours at work in between customers, so if you see mistakes (formatting/spelling) post them here.
Over the years Rockstar has tinkered with item names and subcategories. Some of my info may no longer be current.

If you have information that is contrary to mine, I know I'm fallible, but provide proof that you're right and I'll change my information.

I still need to decide how I'm going to indicate which special shirts were available during 2016 ShirtRoulette and 2017 ShirtRoulette.

Do NOT copy/paste this data to the GTA Wikia site.

One of the admins over there can eat s*** and die and they no longer deserve my work on this. They do not have permission to use this info.

Man, I was still on PS3 in November 2015 when they gave out all those fitted hats. Got the PS4 that December. I love fitted hats and only have the black and grey LS, a scripted magnetic, and a glitched feud where I got the bandana off and saved it as an outfit.

 

I need more fitteds and the k-Jah shirt which was the only ps3 special crate shirt I didnt get.

Looking at it again I see things I need to fix.

 

If I get really bold I’ll upload photos can have the chart link to each item. That should make some folks happy.

 

I don’t think the Liveries should be on the list, especially if they are going to be removed in January. If the liveries stay (which would be shocking) then I would consider adding the free chrome wheels rewards. They aren’t “Special”, but may deserve a place on the chart.

Can someone explain to me whats the deal with the beer hats? I hear about them on occasion of their rarity or obtainability yet i bought all mine in-store for free...?

It'd be nice if they re-released the beer hats, masks, and parachute at some point. Maybe do a day where you get one of them randomly like with random shirts, that would be nice.

Reading that fine list you created there makes me sad for losing my initial account to those c*nts with the menu's/scripts or whatever it was those cheats did.

 

Day one, collected the damn lot leading up to just before Christmas 2015... Attacked eventually by cheaters after landing in a random public somehow back then. Had money took, then added up to around 1.3bn, completely flipped out, smashed the controller too.

 

After a few months away, and after seeing this sh*t doesn't exist on PS4, I started to get that itch, so I returned.

 

This new account has by far earned more money, as I was an experienced low rank, CMM and such helped, lol. But from there, I've always missed the little bits I had and since with this account, missing the odd event hasn't been something I cared about as I knew I'd never get that part of GTA back, lol.

 

Great read though, made me look back fondly... Shame people had to do this, but that's a couple of years ago now.

 

I'd love a lot of those early bits to return, but I'm totally understanding of any objections too, I'd not want them to return had I still had these bits, lol. Makes them special. But, well, you know... Just a nice thing I miss.

The hairstyles, makeup, horns, vehicles, and tire smoke were all paid for. My list were all Free items for doing something, where players were notified by a pop-up message. The Independence Day hats (non-Beer Hats) are potentially the exception because they actually are listed under Special Hats.

 

The Beer Hats were briefly available in clothing stores on current-gen/PC for free as part of a Rockstar glitch, which they fixed (later broke again and fixed again). The Verified shirt was also possible by glitches for doing something as simple as killing another player in freeroam with certain machine guns.

Good job on this. The textures are in-game and can be applied with a trainer on your character. Me and everyone who's willing to try it will help with the pictures.

The only problem is that the female shirts are split in T-Shirts and Off-Shoulder Tops and, well, I like taking photos of female characters.

 

I'll take a look at this and at the in-game textures, see what's missing.

Which ones do you not own?

For my primary character:

• I Married My Dad T-Shirt (I wasn't on PS4 yet and it wasn't available to PS3 players. It's my target for the next ShirtRoulette)
• Benny's Fitted Cap (Same reason as above. Two requests to Rockstar Support for it have resulted in "Nope!" and closed tickets )
• Cannibal Clown T-Shirt
• Hot Serial Killer Stepmom T-Shirt
• Meathook For Mommy T-Shirt
• Soloman Richard's Vinewood Zombie T-Shirt
• Forward and Flipped Naughty Caps (I was deemed as "nice" with both of my characters)
• Pajamas, Green (I got Red)
• Pajamas, Black (I got Red)
• Pajamas, White Graphic (I got the blue check ones)

My male character does have:

• Pajamas, Green
• Pajamas, White Graphic
• And several unreleased shirts for unknown reasons

This also the perfect oppertunity to ask how you "reroll" shirts, which are given to you on xmas and new year. I always tried it but failed

1. Start the game and load into online
2. If you spawn inside somewhere, go outside
3. Wait for the pop-up for the gifts to appear (make sure you don't die, as dying can cause it to save)
4. Quickly read what shirt is named and if you don't like/want it IMMEDIATELY close the application or unplug your network cable. Don't just go to Story Mode or disconnect WiFi
5. Restart the game and repeat to step 1
6. If you get a shirt you want, change an accessory or go visit a clothing store to "buy" the item and wear it.
