Does the akula hide bountys?

Because I was in my akula in stealth mode with a bounty and I currently have it painted ice white to match the snow and somebody came directly to me in an avenger and chased me down with people inside and killed me and I never left stealth mode the entire time hackers or does the akula not hide bountys

It does.

I was trolling a level 4000 modded account earlier today with it. He placed a $9000 bounty on me but never could find me after hopping in his jet, I kept f*cking with him by going in and out of stealth mode across the map to lure him away from where I wanted to be.

It won't hide you if you're carrying mission material though unfortunately....

it's not that hard to see choppers far away, i don't think stealth mode disables the flashing lights.

Shhhhh.

Don't let the cat out the bag.

You know 90% of players on this game can't think outside the box.

If you mean crates and stuff, then yes it does. I've completed heist preps using it, and seen other people do it, and the blips vanished.

Lester says the same thing which is funny.

Your not invisible, which is why I fly mine very low and people rage quit because it's hard to fight that.

Noticed lately that a lot of players don't have or equip the explosive sniper rounds.

Frequently I hear sniper rounds plink off the Akula from players that are quite far away. It seems pretty easy to spot, even from a distance.

Hardly relevant to the thread, besides you'd have to know where the player is unless automatic targeting negates that.

Isnt the stealth same mekanic as off the radar? Or is as good as ghost org?

Not the same as Lester's OTR and considering Ghost Org costs every time to use it and lasts for three minutes, sure the Akula's feature is better.

Rockstar nerfed them so the cost is not justified, I did the same thing.

I think I used the Akula in almost every possible scenario and the game never said something like "now you can't use stealth mode" so in which situations exactly does the stealth mode disabled?

People saw me after I stole Cash from a Cracked mission player.

And saw me with a Hostile Takeover package too

Also, you can't see people doing Heist preps anyways, being warned about them I mean. I've driven by plenty and know what they're doing, you're not driving a missile truck into the middle of nowhere for no good reason.

They are still the best thing for taking down jets though? Yeah they are now a 2 shot against many players on foot but the first shot knocks them off their feet making them an easy target for a second shot.

But anyway... the Akula stealth mode is nothing more than 'off radar', it is not invisibility mode.... the lights still flash and if fly high it is still easy to spot you, plus the noise it makes as well. If observant players have a general idea of what direction you were headed in it is not so hard for them to spot you.

Yea auto negates that...which leads up to a question- does it also negate OTR & Ghost Org?

One thing I've learned is to fly low.

While they're looking up in the sky, you've normally already obliterated them from ground level.

Who in their right mind would spend $750,000 to get a $9,000 bounty though?

From my experience it does not negate ghost organization because I couldn't pick the person from the automatic targeting list because he activated ghost org. I'm pretty sure the same would apply for otr aswell

kids do anything for 1 extra kill on their stats...

anyway wouldn't suprise me if rockstar will nerf the stealth feature when having a bounty or doing sell missions.

it makes it safe to make money and we can't have that now do we rockstar? :p

Akula also hides bunker/ceo/biker supplies/crates i tested it with a friend.

I think it`s still strange you can`t use OTR to get the blip hidden/removed if your exporting cars your always exposed while selling cars. Im wondering if GO works never tried that before.

So an Akula in stealth mode can be auto targeted by the cannon?

yep most stuff can no matter what or how. (exept pasive)

doesn't happen all that much because of the price tag, altough i have been hit once in my akula (he/she was using the no cooldown glitch though.)

must admit i did use it a couple times myself but only against a jetgriefer, and someone always using easy way out.

No. Always wonder why people waste their money on this.
