RJay Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 (edited) 1. Firstly, open photoshop (duh). Get an image you want. 2. Invert the image by pressing ctrl+I. So the building will be changed to white colour. 3. Create new layer and change it to your desired colour. 4. Click on the image's layer, and change it to 'Lighter Color'. 5. Voila.
