Hi, I don't know if this is the place for mod requests or requests to find existing mods. If it's only the latter, please provide me a link where I can find someone who's helpful and can create the mod which I'm looking for. Here's the base idea: The mod should be called "Animation Planner Menu by {insert mod creator here}" What it should do and how it should work is:
1. When we enter the game world, immediately after we load a new or existing game, a notification should pop up on top saying "To open the Animation Planner, press the = button".

2. When we press the button a menu on the right is shown. It is a boxed menu, with the mod name on top, just like every map folder has its' name on top and contents inside.

Now, detailing the menu. It should contain in total 5 "major" options/buttons to be selected, which include more options/buttons once you get "inside" of them by clicking them.
The major options are as follows, and in this order:

 

"1. Target NPC/Player
2. Show Current Target

3. Write Animation Plan

4. Load Animation Plan (1 plan)

5. Load Animation Plan Lineup (multiple plans)"

 

____ Clarification: the menu should include the notes in the brackets ____

 

Pressing "Target NPC/Player" should expand the menu's selections and allow us to use an in-game cursor to select nearby npcs, to select the player himself. It should as well allow us to target NPC's using TAB (display this explanation in the menu itself, don't leave it in Readme files). Likewise, it should also provide the ability to open an NPC Spawner box, similarly to the one most SA:MP servers use. To target an NPC or Player an arrow should be displayed above them, just like the arrows when you shoot or recruit gang members.

 

Pressing "Show Current Target" should expand the menu, showing us the actual file name of the target, should highlight the target with an arrow as mentioned above. If possible it should force the camera to face the target when pressed. This button is in case of errors or in case the player does something else which by some mistake stops showing him who he targeted.

 

Pressing "Write Animation Plan" should expand the menu, providing us a selection of buttons, but "Write Animation Plan" can only be selected if an NPC/Player is targeted, we will

see what the target is called and be able to press "Scan and Browse Animations" which is self explanatory. Upon the completion of the scan, we will be shown in category drop down menus, as "Walk", "Run", "Dance", etc categories. What the mod cannot categorize, it should be sorted as "Uncategorized Animations" drop down menu. Upon selecting an animation, it will play and we can tell the mod (using the menu on the right) if we want to "Save" the animation as a number or name. We should also be able to choose how long the animation plays, the mod itself should tell us how long it actually plays for, so we can decide if we want to stop it at a certain point. After selecting and saving the animation, we can continue to add up animations inside the menu. The core idea is to have a way to dictate animation placements, as if constructing a movie. So, let's say we saved two animations that we want to play back to back, the same menu should provide us a button which expands another menu, call it "Define Animation Lineup" and you can use a drop down menu which shows saved animations, you will then be able to select them and assign placements in their order of play. Placements should range from 1 to 500 max, so a scroll wheel should work here, if not possible, create pages within the menu and lower it to 300 max placement spots. After defining a placement, we can save it within the menu, and give it an appropriate name. We can now continue to write animation plans if we so desire and all of them will be stored inside the menu under a "Saved Plans" category.

Pressing "Load Animation Plan (1 plan)" should allow us to select one saved plan, and it will play out once we hit start. We should be able to set when it stops and if it repeats, and for how long it repeats. Upon pressing start, all menus, notifications and HUD should disappear, and reappear only once it ends.

 

Pressing "Load Animation Plan Lineup (multiple plans)" should allow us to select multiple plans to play out all at once. This can help keep the player more organized. We should be able to set when it stops and if it repeats, and for how long it repeats. - The mod should be compatible with San Andreas Camera Hack.

[Mod Find/Request] 

 

 

* Is there any mod that closes the flood canals the way that they would be like tunnels because I would like to add houses behind Sweet's and B Dup's apartments. The road should connect these 2 neighborhoods so that I can add more houses. Also, a small road on Seville Boulevard.

Sorry for spamming requests because i asked to convert a Ferrari 458 Italia from TDU2 to GTA SA nobody done it for me i think should be an bit easy task so forget about the other 458 Italia mod.

Hi everyone, I’m new to GTA SA modding. I want to enjoy mods related to aviation. For now, I’ve already found a lot of mods for planes along with their liveries, but I haven’t come across any mods that add a lot of new airports. Do you know any mods with many airports? Besides S&S, please. I also want it to work with Modloader.

Also, are there any mods that can enhance my flying experience? Other than VehFuncs and IMVehFT?

Hi people, i need help! I play daily on samp RP Server since 2018. I want to use Weahter and Clock changer, what i already done it for a long time ago, but we move from samp 0.3.7 to 0.3 DL and now is always crashing.. This mod is not working anymore, it´s only one .asi File, nothing more. 

I tried .cs mod too but it´s always not working.

 

Question. Can anyone make this .asi to work with samp 0.3 DL?

 

I would be very thankfull, nothing is for free.

Many years ago I had a mod for GTA SA. 

It was a simple mod, like turning on and off lights, lock doors, turn of and off engine.  But there was something unique with this mod - when you turn off engine on plane - the plane was not simple falling like a brick - it was gliding in the air. 

I was searching all day for this mod. There is many mods like this, but ALL of them make the planes just fall from the sky. 

Is there a chance that anyone here have this mod?

hi, i have a mod request.

 

in the original game, when you explode a vehicle causing it to go on fire, firefifighters come and try and push out the fire.

 

when you mod the game, firefighters do not come at all. neither do ambulance.

could someone make a fire emergency equivalent please, so that if i explode and set alight vehicles or anything thatll cause fire, fire trucks will come and try and put it out like in the original game?

Hey guys... (if anyone still is seeing this lol)
So I'm a new user here.
I actually found this pretty damn nice mod- a 1974 Ford Galaxie 500 (literally the same thing from that 1978 movie 'The Driver').
It is nice looking and all,  but something really cracks up my nerves... IT HAS BUGGED COLLISIONS!
I want to use it and all, but it literally can't ram into NPC's, as they go right up on top of it.
Can someone help me fix this?

There's already a mod for that, cutscene fingers or mobile/xbox hands

San Andreas needs a replacement for SAAT. Alci's Saat doesn't save the files properly so there's almost no way to use it and replace a sound.

Another one, intruduce 44100khz sample rate and remove sound requirements for the files.

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but I kinda have an idea for a Total Conversion mod.

 

Having seen Barcode Studia's recent work, Forelli Redemption and Sindacco Chronicles, I've been thinking about focusing on the Kasen crime family. Inspired by Frosted Winter, it'd take place after GTA 3. And as a callback to the 1997 original (as well as the upcoming GTA VI), it'd center around a female protagonist, Kiyomi, the niece to the late Waka-Gashira, Kenji. Taking place two years after Claude wipes out his crazed ex, some lowlife dealer decided to step in and take over the remnants of the LC cartel. Despite the lack of SPANK distribution in the past few months due to Claude's misdeeds, there are still rampant gangs out to conquer the drug trade. And Kiyomi is left to uncover any loose ends Claude had left behind...

GTA SA mod request:

 

1. Dear modders, I'd like a mod that improves the kinky theme cheat (BEKKNQV) where more hooker peds (sfypro, wfypro, shfypro, vbfypro, and maybe beta hooker peds if possible) can join in as well.

2. To ped model makers, I'd like to see VWFYPRO hooker ped with fur coat unzipped.

 

Whichever comes first is okay, I wont mind. Sue me for requesting such NSFW mod.
