Hacked, what do I do?

A few weeks back I had a few strange friend requests and I was suspicious so I deleted the emails.

 

Tried logging in today and its not working, nor is recovery email.

 

Just panicking as heard support isn't the best.

 

Is there a way to reset the email back, or username search on their website that checks previous usernames,

 

EDIT I mean my Rockstar Social Club account.

EDIT I mean my Rockstar Social Club account.

Your e-mail wasn't changed, R* locked the ability to change e-mails a while back because of accounts being stolen.

 

So make sure you are using the correct recovery e-mail but other then that there is no other option then to Contact R* Support and they will ask you questions such as the e-mail used to register the account, date of birth, county ect once you confirm that they can help you get back into your account

Im using the correct one but emails aren't coming and either way my username seems to not exist anymore.

 

I am not 100% sure on checking usernames though as I check the crew option and my username doesn't exist.

 

Already contacted support but not heard back yet.

Your e-mail wasn't changed, R* locked the ability to change e-mails a while back because of accounts being stolen.

Support can take a few days to reply but there is a trick to getting them to reply to your ticket faster, If you have a Twitter account Tweet @RockstarSupport with your ticket number and issue they'll usually reply within the hour

Got a message back asking for my username, system I use etc so I give it and then get one back a few hours later stating "we can't find that username, can you confirm its the right one"

 

Well of course they can't find it, its been changed!

Now I have my account back but its been banned until March! And found I was part of a "crew" my avatar had been changed etc.

Keep on replying, make sure you re-iterate the account was banned and you didn't have access to it. They should revert the ban.

Yeah, I replied last night, not heard back yet im also dreading finding my account emptied, also worried is that the in game avatars in the "crew" weren't mine I have a female avatar but the crew only had male avatars.

 

Shall I mention the 2 hackers names that I got emails from originally so people can be wary or will that be dodgy?
