If you updated the game please revert back to 1.0.1180.2 (GTAV.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe and update.rpf needs to be backup first before you can replace the new version to the old version that you perfer) and use Bypass Launcher by Unknown Modder from GTA5-Mods Link to Bypass Launcher: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gtavlauncherbypass I can't Link to the 1.0.1180.2 version patch because I will break the rules because of piracy or posting the original files from the game to the forums.
