Had a while off from GTA and just come back. I have a hanger and the CEO building thing but that's it.

I have $2.6m I can invest.

Import export warehouse and 10-10-12 method. Use the search about the method

Do the treasure hunt for the new revolver. Then, you can get 50 headshots - doesn't even have to be on actual players - for 250K. More than worth it in my opinion.

Came here expecting a new player. OP already has over 2 million and an office building.

To be fair, that's today's equivalent of being a rank 1 with $5.

As the others have stated vehicle warehouse is the best option... what I normally do is stock up with cars.. sell one & to pass the time away waiting for the cooldown to sell the next one I will do 4 R* created stunt races solo each 2 laps.. doing 4 with 2 laps each more than covers expenses for selling the next one & by the time I'm finished the cooldown has.. well.. cooled down... if races aren't your thing there is headhunter which will also cover costs, but I use the 4 races method because I personally enjoy doing them & I don't like spending too much time in one session because of the daily charges.. all the while I'm doing this my gunrunning bunker stock is builing up too :)

Plus take advantage of the many double money & RP bonuses that R* offer every now & then... also this goes without saying but try to avoid picking up dropped money from cheaters (modders) R* won't ban you for doing so but they seem to remove funds x2 that of what's picked up.. so for example you pickup 200k... R* will correct your funds -400k

Anyway that's how I do it, but I'm sure there are others on here with other & possibly even better methods... also check out Flexcreator on youtube, he has some pretty good methods for sales too & he's a member on this forum..

Hope this helps.

I can recommend a cocaine business if you're into biker stuff. It's a very good way of making money plus you can do whatever you want while it's producing product. You only have to go back every 2 hours to resupply and when it's time to sell. However, it takes almost 3 millions to buy a lockup and fully upgrading it, even more than that if you choose a more expensive location for you factory. An mc business is not so effective when not upgraded but once it gets fully upgraded, it's definitely worth it. It's much less grindy than CEO crates for example because as I mentioned, you only have to go back every few hours to resupply, which does not take more than 20-30 minutes to do.

I only started playing online two weeks ago so I'm a peasant merely approaching level 20 now. I haven't even played the contact missions yet as I was aiming to secure some dependable sources of income first, which seems to be the biggest challenge in this game. I only have an apartment and garage at this point, and I'm fully armed but don't own a Buzzard/Cargobob/Kuruma, etc.

I've been aiming to get an office and a car warehouse first, as this seems to be the best source of income; however, I've just got a personalized offer that I would get an extra GTA$500k if I buy a bunker and complete three of the gunrunning missions within the next two days.

Is it worth it for the extra payout? Or should I stay with my original plan, which will supposedly yield higher income in the long run? My bank balance is around GTA$2.5M now so I could only get one or the other but not both in the short run, and I'd then depend on generating more income from whatever I buy before I can afford further purchases. Advice appreciated.

The Lone Wolf's Guide To Making Money and Research.

Best thread for a player to earn from legitimately.

I've read that one already but thanks.

Then you know the best way for a lone player to earn. Add players, make more... Too easy.

Hardly need yet another thread where a noobie ask this, especially as you have said you read the best thread available in this regards.

That's the game. Earn it (capped at about 500k p/h), cheat, or buy the cards.

* Do the biker contracts dude. They can be done in invite sessions, some are 2 player, some for lone players. Set the spawn location to the MC clubhouse, if you get a job you need another for, switch sessions. Very much worth the bonus dude.

Also, start up as a VIP, you need 50k in bank, but the game doesn't take the 50k... From there do VIP works all day, sightseer, headhunter are better ones, easy 20-25k a pop.

Look into the spawn locations of the cars R* part tuned we can steal/store and sell... Made a mint there as you can store them up and sell one every 48 minutes, sandkings and sentinels are ideal, the chrome dubsta I had trouble finding as easily.

Spam on call for the olds heists, many are doing these to make bank for a facility, strike while its hot. Newer players on a pac standard often get told to take the cash and stay inside.

PS4?. Add me up, I'm on a bit later, we can do whatever dude. I'll help you settle if ya fancy. Fleeca's, missions, VIP, etc. All comfy earners once you get stuck in.

Hit contact missions too, most all are solo friendly, aside 1 or 2 I believe, might seem redundant by todays game offerings, but they are a great start, and players are still often doing them too. Main thing, just get stuck in and spam them, don't count the cash per job, just let that go, have fun shooting stuff, as basically that's all the game offers in heists and businesses, just a little more consequence there, certainly with time being wasted.

Ignore my MC contracts comment dude, I misread as we had a deal on them last week, lol.

Yes, buy the bunker and get that research going, that'll take some time if not paying to fasttrack. Otherwise, the tips I posted, and the help offered is all good, hit me up anytime.

Thanks for the response. Normally I'd do more research myself before asking, it's just that here I have to decide on this offer fast and I don't know much about the gunrunning stuff. I was slowly researching import/export as I anticipated this would be my next move.

Yeah, there is an awful lot to take in for newer players.

Don't fret too much as things like businesses and warehouses are often getting a discount period dude, genuinely, I feel some could pop along on Tuesday for the holidays too, though no guarantees, lol.

Being fair, either the bunker or I/E you can't fail to earn once you settle, but seeing the offer, I'd be incline to go bunker first, but that's just me.

I found the research to be a bit tough on my natural game, but we each do things differently dude so having a good read and asking is certainly no bad thing, I was a little grouchy this morning, lol.

Peace man, enjoy.

MISSIONS:

-Method In The Madness (Easy money, takes 4-7 minutes)

-Rooftop Rumble (Shoot everyone in parking lot with RPG, wait until documents pop up, shoot any enemy cars)

-The Los Santos Connection (Hard mission, 10-15 minutes, $15k-25k payout)

-Deal Breaker (one of the easy missions, shoot a bunch of people, pick up the coke, deliver to Gerald)

-Stocks And Scares (Spend 16min+ on mission, get 22k)

SURVIVALS:

-Del Perro Pier (Hide in the bathroom near the back of the map, have the enemies come to you.) (WAVE 10=30,000$)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The missions and survivals are very overlooked now that heists are a thing. Hell, iv'e been playing for nearly 4 years and I still play missions, survivals, and sometimes adversary modes.
The tactics I use are;
Buy 1 supercar, 1 sports car, and 1 bike. Reason why is so that I spend the least amount of money possible, and can win races with the car I buy and modify, I don't use this anymore when I get over 5Mil.
(Missions)-Do the least work.
If you can, do the least work you can in missions, unless your team is dying, I usually sit behind, killing the enemy cars going after them, and not the enemies at the scene itself, that way I save ammo, which saves me money.
I just thought I'd share my ways of making money. :D
If you're on PS4, I can help. There's a lot of good guides on reddit, but a vehicle warehouse is a good place to start.
