No Brakes on the Oppressor?

Am I the only one that noticed that rockstar made it so you cant break the oppressor while driving on pavement with the wings extended? (However the handbreak still functions) I scoured the patch notes and found nothing of the sort about them changing the oppressor... so im wondering.. was this intentional.. or was it an accidental bug on rockstars part caused by aerodynamic adjustments for the deluxio and jetpack???

I heard... i think it could be bugs related to all the aerodynamic adjustments theyve been making to accomodate the new vehicles... i have brought the problem to rockstars attention

OP, the word you are looking for is "brake", not "break" to break is to make something no longer work, to brake is to stop the movement of something , like, the Opressor.

 

And yes, they must of nerfed the "brakes", it sucks trying to stop it now.

I agree, the brakes are now crap. Lol.... well said... Can confirm: The hand brake works while the wings are extended however the main brakes do not.... this leads me to believe it was not done intentionally by rock* because if they didnt want a brake system for the bike while having the wings extended they surely would have removed the hand brake too... the main problem with having no brakes with wings extended is that when you are coming in for a landing and there is an obstacle in front of you, youll smash head on into it

Also.... intentionally removing the main brakes on the oppressor while having the wings extended would be useless and completely illogical frankly because the main brakes work fine and dandy with the wings in and the hand brake still functions with the wings out... it wouldnt make sense to have it 50/50 as such

Because people have spent months perfecting riding it with a different technique... so now it feels really strange.

I hope this was a bug they have introduced that they will fix, rather than some kind of intentional change / weird nerf. There is no mention of it in the official release notes for this update so I can only assume it is an unintentional side effect of something else they have done.

 

This would be a very strange way to nerf it anyway; an increased rocket boost cool down or reduced rocket number/accuracy would be more logical, not that I really think it needs nerfing.

i completely agree with you... it has to be a bug because rockstar said literally nothing regarding the oppressor in the patch notes (plus if they wanted to remove the brakes they would have also taken out the hand brake too)
