What's with the cloaking Juggernaut?

I've heard the (seemingly) AI super computer stuff, but cloaking... really?

Is this actually based on, at least, some sort of experimental stuff or is this purely fictional?

If it's purely fictional, R* might as well include magic and spell, spaceship, or time travel in future DLCs then...

 

I just did a quick google search with the key words like "cloaking technology in military". But the stuff I found seem either fictional or conspiracist speculation.

Nothing in this game is even close to realistic anymore (flying deluxo im lookin at u) R* just puts in whatever they think will get them the most money because of Take-two

at what point was it realistic? when a gangbanger broke into a military base and stole a jet? the ability to roll you cars?

You kill a gangster in the middle of nowhere with no witnesses with a silenced weapon and boom instant wanted level?

 

Driving down vinewood bld at 9001 mph on a crotch rocket only to crash into thin air and once you're done holding you knee inhaling through your clenched teeth and exhaling in minor but debilitating agony while rocking back and fourth for an overly exaggerated time you see a limo materialise in that thin air?

 

Your character is white yet the cops still try to kill you regardless of offense?

 

You can have murdered half the lspd and on the run but one phone call can get the cop that's shoving a streetlamp up your rectum to stop?

 

The fact a snowball can destroy a fully armed ready for war tank?

 

The fact our characters spent so much time in the prison systems their colons are like merry poppin's purse?

 

A cargobob can lift a fully armored war tank with ease but not a duke o death?

 

The fact a street center is legitimately selling fast food bags he took out of the garbage and cut eyeholes out for $15,000?

 

The fact that there can be up to 30 psychopaths committing crimes around the clock that makes Somalia look civilized and people are still walking around like they'll see little timmy again?

 

The fact that we can steal a f*cking jet from the military and once we leave the bases airspace they won't send interceptors?

Apparently, these Juggernauts are Robots. Which is why they don't do Death Yells, react to being on fire or show Blood Stains.

 

Which explains the creppy mask. I thought they were just Clones wearing a Creepy Mask but now it makes sense that it's just the head of the Robot

Nah, it will be be a new type of Strike Team/NPC squad, with cloaking abilities.
