Avengers...HOW?!

Sorry for posting this in this section but I need info quick.

 

I'm in the submarine heist with friends and i'm trying to switch to autopilot in the avenger.

 

What do I press?

it's in the interaction menu, watch out as it's tricky to switch out once you have to fly it.

Yeah, easy enough. From another thread:

 

 

 

Quick video below with basic cannon demo, but in short:

1) Go into VTOL mode.
2) Open Interaction Menu > Avenger Services > Engage Autopilot
3) Press whatever button/ key to enter the Avenger's Hold (right on d-pad for Xbox controllers).
4) Remember to Disengage Autopilot the same way when you want to fly again.

Can you walk around in Avenger after puttings it into autopilot? And get in ur vechile and drive out?

Just watched vid and I'm sold! If u had ur say vigilante in there could you get in and drive out? That would be sick!!

 

Also how much damage can the Avenger take?

Not sure if you had a vehicle in there, you can just drive out whilst the aircraft is airborne. Interesting idea though, should give that a go! . Probably wouldn't work though due to it involving a cutscene.

 

Apparently it's got the same resistance as the Half-Track/ Insurgent Pick-Up/ Insurgent Pick-Up Custom/ Nightshark and can blows up with 9 RPGs whilst occupied. Now I'm not sure if "occupied" means there's someone actually in the drivers seat or not, considering this has autopilot and allows you to walk around in the back, so I'll have to test that extensively.

If your car can be modified in the Avenger then you can get in it and drive out of the Avenger mid air. Even in autopilot mode

I literally had to create an account just to say how much this made me laugh
