How newcomers can get to all the new Content Doomsday Heist?

Hey my Dudes, just wanted to post the question for all the newcomers like myself.

 

So, can someone just let us know, How can the new dudes get involved in the new content, that's been released on the 12th.

 

Quick and dirty answers, just so we all are on the same page.

I hate to say it, but Shark Cards. Starting GTA Online now is proving difficult for new players seeing that prices have considerably risen. It is of course possible for any new player to make quick money too by joining CEO's, VIP's and MC Presidents or by joining heist setups and finales. A little difficult, but definately not impossible.
