Has anyone figured out how the new Criminal Mastermind challenges work?

So clearly there is a new Criminal Mastermind challenge called "Criminal Mastermind II" (as well as Loyalty II and All In Order II). This is shown when you start the new heist:

The mystery is, there is no new achievement listed in Social Club:

So this presents a few questions about the challenge:

 

1) What is the payout for each challenge?

 

Criminal Mastermind II

Loyalty II

All In Order II

 

2) What exactly is the order of the new heists?

 

Is it prep1, prep2, prep3, setup1, setup2, setup3?

Is it prep1, setup1, prep2, setup2, prep3, setup3?

 

3) Do we simply need to go through the new heists or is it the old heists AND the new heists?

Prep can be done in any order from what I could tell, Also it's just the new heists, also there maybe a glitch currently happening. I have died countless times already with my friend, yet it says it's still active and still going up on the awards page.
