Police Car Model Not Showing Up In Game

I Have been trying to replace police3.ytd and ytf for the past few days with a new model of car i have tried the patchday4ng folder as well as the x64e folder to replace the car but it just shows the default police car in game i have checked all the patchday folders and have not found police3.ytd and ytf and the new model of car shows up in preview.
