You can open Cargobob and Titan's back, is this new ?

If you put a pegasus Cargobob or pegasus Titan as a PV (hangar), you can then open the back doors like in the beggining of GTA Online using the interaction menu. Is this new ? Is this from Smuggler's run ? Do people know about it ?
