The performance SUCKS big time... BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new SC1 super car is slower than almost every other super car, most of the better sports cars and some of the sports classics.... It understeers badly in high speed corners, it cannot even make a 180 degree stunt track XL corner at speed without the front end pushing and going off track! It is over 6+ seconds slower than the 811 on a 2 mile run, with an average top speed of only 118.55 mph it is slower than the $500,000 Turismo R and handles worse too!!! .... BUYER BEWARE!!!

What if I were to tell you that some of us actually buy cars based on their looks and not their performance? In other words, we do not care.

Looks nothing like the i8, the Jester looks more like the i8 than the SC1 does.

^ I know what you mean, it's an interesting car that deserve to get a second chance. It's just that the people doesn't have inspiration yet to be willing to bet gta money on it. Since you've been a great ladd can i bother you again ? I would like to have an idea about this paintjob that i found while making some research on the M1 Homage. You can keep the customization you did before, it's not a problem.

PS : Mind trying also this one ?

Rear:

P.S.

If you're wondering why some parts are carbon fiber when they aren't on the M1/i8, it's because they're all tied to a single customization option that changes all of them at the same time (side skirts, front/rear bumper, front/rear diffuser, etc.), so it's all or nothing. Otherwise they would be the secondary color.

IMO the main issue I find with this is that unless the secondary is VERY complementary to the primary, the amount of parts that are colored is overwhelming and makes the overall paint job look all over the place. Even when you choose the same primary and secondary, the car looks very slab-ish with no carbon trim to break up and highlight the car's lines.

I'm a huge BMW fan this is one of the best looking cars ingame imo

what colours did you use for the i8?

It's not my favorite looking super but I still like it and think it looks good. The rear fascia looks a bit strange (IMO) but it's starting to grow on me.

Color: Primary Metallic Blueish Silver, Secondary Metallic Ultra Blue

^ The M1 Homage one is excellent, too bad the i8 can't be close enough. I'll check out other picture were the color could match better. Thanks for your efforts !

Everyone hates this car. And honestly? I can see why. However, I quite like it.

WXmX4fJ.jpg

It obviously wasn't designed with the idea of being a looker in mind. But it also wasn't designed to appeal to those who enjoy the abysmal Mario Kart mode of this game, known as racing.

In my honest opinion, it drives and sounds remarkably well. People fail to realize that not every car in this game is designed to be some kind of stupid F1 car, but of course that may be hard to realize for someone who probably doesn't know what a cylinder or torque is. This is coming from someone who happily owns a Raiden and brags about how it leaves every other car in the dust on a drag strip. The SC1 handles like an i8. It gets the job done without being extraordinary when it comes to performance. It's more about spirited drives than racing and I'm surprised Rockstar did so well replicating the i8's performance when I'm not 100% keen on its looks. The looks have most certainly grown on me, but it's not perfect. I'm glad the i8 has an option for similar wheels in real life, otherwise I would've been at a loss.

But, it's a keeper. No regrets.

Man, I would really appreciate it if someone could move the rear wheels up 3 inches.

This car is around the same size as a Futo.

If somebody is willing to try. I'd like to see a SC1 with a look like this protonic red i8 : BMW-i8-Red-Protonic-Edition-2017-1.jpg

And then with a look like this inferno red i8 :

As always, thanks in advance.

lol at that and "it drives and sounds remarkably well."

Damning praise for an expensive supercar in 2017.

What exactly are you on about? Or is it just so unbelievable that somebody else can have a different opinion than yourself? Butthurt much?

For the record, I'm generally not a super car guy. This belongs in the sports class and personally I prefer sports sedans over anything. So... yeah. ;)

please stop me

I'm with Scaglietti & Crysis on this one, doesn't look too bad without the spoiler and I'm liking the engine notes.

Oh wow I actually didn't know this was a BMW until looking at this thread. I actually thought it was supposed to be some sort of Lambo shooting-brake kinda thing.

Looks a lot like a Lambo to me.

I went and bought it. Scaglietti's white and carbon one sold me. I don't race so I mostly buy cars based on looks. This one has a nice sound, too.

I wish they'd gone more upscale with this car. It should have upward-hinged doors like the i8 and an active spoiler, and more power. All that would come with a higher price, of course

I like the exhaust note & that chime it makes you get it out of it.

Sure it ain't perfect & could've used wider tires, glass louvers option & a colorable interior, but I like it despite all of that.

I'm still fine tuning the paint, I'll post photos once I've perfected it.

The unique badge is a nice touch. Übermacht iPerformance?

This is a very, very nice and unique car with a good grip and sounds nice too. I tried one today and will buy myself one tomorrow. It's quite similar to Reaper in performance and a bit in the looks department, but I also love Reaper because of personal preference. I don't mind the price either, because less people will buy it and it will be even more unique.

How big is this thing compared to other supercars?

It's a little longer than an Infernus. Not as big as the Osiris or Tyrus, though.

It's not oddly oversized like the Furore or Elegy RH8, no. It looks longer than it is because it's narrower than a lot of supers.

I originally bought this car just due to the unique looks that I thought were kinda neat at the time, but it's quickly turning into a freeroam favorite of mine the more I drive it. For one I just really dig the design, it's got this kinda modern futuristic vibe going on but more subtle than something like an actual i8, it makes me think of the Delorean in ways. Plus the way it sounds is great, has a nice almost electrical sounding exhaust gurgle when you just start up from a stand still. I don't mind it not being a contender, but for freeroam I'm having a blast with it.

I feel like I want to drive into the Blade Runner world with it or something :p
