This car would have been perfect for Benny's, a non widebody version as stock and widebody version as the Custom version, with extensive interior and engine customization. I kept seeing MK2 escort in the savestra and that's one of the reasons I didn't like it.(I did customise mine as far away as possible from the escort) I'm not a fan of mk1's and particularly mk2's, I really don't like them. I don't like the Mazda either, and the rear lights just make me wish it was overall based on the Celica. Didn't like the car at all really but it is great to customise and she's very photogenic. I was doing a “spring cleaning” of my cars and just sold several without a lot of reasoning. That, plus time focused on other things led to my forgetting the dang car. This thread getting bumped up was a nice surprise reminder. Plus, the other posters here make most GTAO cars look damn good, fueling my desire for another crack at past cars. But anyway, beautiful car regardless. It’s not JDM. JDM means ‘Japanese Domestic Market’; something made for and sold only in the Japanese market. Things like Skyline GT-Rs and S15 Silvias are JDM. The RX-3 was sold globally, and this version is obviously a US market one given the game is set in the US. It’s USDM, like a 240SX. People have started to use the term JDM to mean what the term ‘tuner’ meant 15 years ago. I finally caved in and bought one today, 10 minutes before the tuneables were updated. I think it'll look great next to my Elegy Retro Custom and Jester (NSX) in the arena workshop. Decided to get 3 more, one for my Japanese livery garage and two more for a new special garage. Gonna make a more stock off the forecourt version and a street racer variant to contrast. I convinced two different dudes buy themselves one and while their modifications aren't...great, it's still cool that more people are getting into these things.
