I've been waiting weeks for this car so I could try to emulate this Gas Monkey beauty.. Not sure I've quite nailed the colour and actually wondering if the Hotknife mighta been a better match...thoughts? I saw your post backwards, scrolling from the bottom up, and first thing I thought was Halibrands! (the wheels). In chrome those look great and I love the baby blue. The Hotknife in theory would be a closer match but it kind of sucks so much in practice compared to the Hustler I think you made a good decision. We've had high-res textured intake/supercharger combos since lowriders (I think it was lowriders anyway), they went through the process to improve the texture but not animate three red circles. I might ruin the 190z by telling you it has a similar problem. It has the same engine as the sultan RS but with an animated timing belt, problem is, that moving belt is rotating around stationary pulleys. I had been trying to find a 1932 Vapid 3 Window Coupe for a few years and from what he told me it was a nearly complete barn find! I quickly got in my Yosemite and headed up to Grapeseed to see what was waiting for me and I was not disappointed at all. The car was rougher than I expected, but it was complete. My buddy brought his tow truck and we hauled it to his shop in Paleto Bay to start work on a restoration. When we had it primed we pushed it outside to snap a couple pictures before it began to rain. After months of hard work, we finally got everything on it finished. The end result was better than I ever could have expected. The owner of the barn it had been in called me a few days ago saying he had what he believed to be the only picture of the car when new, supposedly loading shine in an unknown location in Blaine County.
