So I have 3.4 millions on the bank and It's been months since I played, should I take advantage of the 25% off or just wait and see if there's a new foreclosure thing tomorrow?

Bunker would be good. Discounts and it's easily getting you a profit.
Plus other advantages (MOC, customizing MK2 weapons ect), but for extra cash, of course.

Definately a bunker seeing that its highly possible new MKII weapons require a MOC, which requires a bunker.

just a hunch, but i could see mansions being required for the new heist....

 

There are blips on the map in that one scene that seem to point to them. We already have to use a high end apartment to start the original 4 heists, so it would not surprise me if R* added a special type of property required to start this new heist and high end houses seem logical.

Even if the new content requires new type of property, the bunker is going to get you that money back very fast. I'd say go for it. If you get lucky and the new Heist has a paywall, by the time you make your money back there might be a discount for that too.

 

And, as mentioned, there's a high probability that a lot of the new content will require a Bunker & Co. anyway.

 

Also, grab Thomson Scrapyard or Chumash. The highway access is a godsend.

I'd wait myself, if tomorrow doesn't bring a better method to return your investment quicker, then I'd buy it.

 

The 25% saved for the current event really will be made up quickly if you buy a bunker tomorrow though I feel.

You should choose Hangar over the Bunker only if you travel in an aircraft 99% of the times and the CEO Buzzard doesn't suit your needs.

I agree with this, if you're sitting on a pile of cash right now. Otherwise, wait until tomorrow.

I'd wait. There will be discounts on Bunkers again, and you don't know how much all this new sh*t is going to cost. You'd need to spend another couple of million on upgrades to maximise production anyway, and yet more to buy supplies (unless you plan on doing hundreds of Bunker missions on the day of the new DLC), so it all depends on what you're planning to do tomorrow. If you buy any of this, you won't have anything ready to spend on Doomsday.

 

Hangars are worthless as moneymaking tools thanks to horrible missions and feeble payouts; only buy one if you want a large personal plane collection.

Im in the same position about the hangar, but already own a bunker. If I purchase one in zancudo, does the gates open for ground access? I know that you can walk around free but dont know if this was implemented properly.

As a lone-wolfer, I disagree.

They can give the best AFK income of any non-glitch. When they were offering 2x$ on Bunker sales I made over $30M with only playing 15-40 minutes per 3.5 hours

Ive always been grinding Import/Export, which has been good to me, especially during double cash events. Maybe I should give bunkers more of a try, or maybe I am just going about them wrong?

 

I guess I was thinking along the lines of if you could only do one money-making endeavor.

I agree with the other dude that bunkers pays well once set up and research isn't slowing the progress dude. As you know, I/E is a winner here.

 

Have a look at 'The Lone Wolf's Guide To Making Money and Research'

 

Coke, Bunker, I/E... Can't top it solo, aside glitching finales and cheating elsewhere. Easy million per day if keen.
