For me, it's the number of side mission and unimportant tasks that you need to finish in order to complete 100% of the game. I just hate Zero missions plus all those flying and driving schools and collectibles (oysters, horseshoes etc), races, stupid asset missions, truck missions and sh*t... I play GTA games only for entertainment and fun, I love good story and fun missions with lots of killing and stealth and blowing things up... GTA SA has maybe the best storyline of them all, but sheer number of additional tasks and missions which seem endless really kills it for me.
