will GTA 5 be a beta mod ?

That's good to know that the mod isn't. Also if you can use more betaish face for Niko ( Also there can be found a beta hair texture too, for the original Niko's hair.) You can use it from EFLC files, from the Niko ped. Or if you want to use it into a better quality, you can find it in EFLC cutscene files, of the Niko model. That's just an suggestion, not a command to do it immediately, It's your choice if you want to use it or not. In my opinion it would great to use it for the beta mod.

Some police diffrences:

* Traffic cops would be at the toll point

* There were female fat cops

* Police Stanier had diffrent lights

* On a screenshot you could see NOOSE Officers in a FIB Buffalo

* Many different cop heads (Some screenshots show the head of m_m_armoured but the in game internet shows the heads of m_y_cop_traffic)

* In game files show that originally the FIB would be the FBI (m_m_fbi - suse_diff_000_uni)

* NOOSE Patriot was originally a LCPD Patriot (In game name [polpatriot] and screenshot)

Just because the file of the FIB officers were named FBI doesnt mean that, that was their names in the beta. I remember in the old gta's or newer ones I dont know, they also used real car brand names for a car, despite ofc the car having a different brand name ingame
