Pro- -A freaking jetpack baby whoo! - It is a personal vehicle so it can store in personal garage -Its has decent agility and speed. Its not the best but it does have enough speed to dodge some homing missiles -You can almost look straight down in it to hit people directly below you - Boost makes some satisfying quick getaways - Easy to use Cons - Crappy machine guns(nothing new). Dont buy them -Could just say its a buzzard with no body and countermeasures - 4 million dollar price -Hard to compete against top tier vechiles like Ruiners,Vigilantes,Hydras,etc. Requires alot of skill -Cant spawn through ceo - If a player shoots you out of your jetpack and your thruster falls then explodes...your stuck with the 20k bill Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would recommend not spending 200k on the JATO system as you can ascend in pretty much the same time. All in all, I personally love it! I can't wait to buy it but I'll wait for the trade price. I just can't afford it lol. My sleeping's all f*cked, and with different time zones that meant I didn't get to do any heists yet. Can't justify buying stuff without the trade prices. Even if I did, I'd only afford like, one vehicle. I made an exception for the Akula though of course. Akula deserves it. In all honesty, the jetpack is sh*te. 1. fire a few missles PAUSE fire more missiles 2. If someone shoots you out of the jetpack, you pay the money if destroyed. 3. Upgrades are not worth a wank, 400k I spent for sh*tty missiles and a useless JATO. 4. Crash into anything and I mean ANYTHING, the jetpack is smoking about to explode. 5. You can't repair the jetpack anywhere but your facility so if you're on holiday down in los santos beach and you suddenly clip the sand, expect a long drawn trip back home with your tail between your legs. Go for the Deluxo, it's sexy, vintage lookin interior, ruggered engine note with a nice turbo pull. Love it for just tooling around and can land on any small flat surface. So of course you can land on your yacht-no helipad needed. There's no view blockers in front of you when looking forward in first person. I'm surprised nobody really ever shows first person views when doing reviews of vehicles. Only thing I can think of is when stands are down as opposed to up when clicking L3. Seems as though controls are the same though. This is my new go to for MC sell missions now. Since they took away PV AC spawns with the CM accept/cancel trick. Seems quicker point A to B then my Deluxo. I don't see this as a bad thing at all since it's not really supposed to be a combat tool. I feel like it only has the rockets for protection and the flares only add to this theory, since its such an easy target. It's meant for fun. Not a trolling/fighting tool. Use it right. That being said, this is an effective weapon and it should amazingly fun to use. You can really explore everything with it, and fly through gaps and tunnels for fun. If it works like a helicopter (and I've heard a few other people say it does too) then it hsould be just fine for me. I don't really need it for fighting anyway. For fighting I'd just bring my Hunter or Akula or any of the other things that are built for that. This for me is a fun toy, and something to get around in.
