So apparently, the Deluxo has an impressive top speed of 127 mph, as shown in Broughy's recent top speed testing video: If you enter hover mode, and then exit hover mode, it loses most of its power and the top speed goes down to the 110 - 115 mph range. I've noticed this myself multiple times. At first, it seems really fast, but then after a while, it seems as fast as a Vigero. I might even sell the few remaining cars I have and keep only this one.... well, maybe I’ll keep the Mamba too, but the rest can go. The Deluxo is so much fun. It looks the tits, drives heavenly, flies, hovers on water, shoots missiles like a boss and gets all the dickheads’ piss boiling by even showing up on the radar. It even attracts dickheads from the other side of the map, it seems. That’s how good this car is! Once bought, nothing else is needed. Well, maybe a Mamba to do donuts with...... Except for the stupid top speed/engine power bug. Other than that, it's a fun car. I love outrunning most of the super cars in the game and leaving them in the dust in this thing, and they're like "What the...?!?!?" It hits top speed pretty damn quick, too, especially when you do the mid-drive speed boost with it, which gives it a good boost. I think it's the most expensive thing I've ever purchased in this game. Heck, I felt like the Z-Type and Roosevelt were largely overpriced when I added them to the collection. I think I have more in this chunk of stainless steel than all of my properties combined. I've been very happy with it so far, though. Handling is fun and the customization is nice for what the car is. The price is ridiculous, so if you can find somebody that'll let you drive theirs, I would say never pass it up. And never EVER say DeLorean or Deluxo in the same sentence as donk. Just grind and freaking buy it. I did at full price, no regrets. My favourite car in the game, and that's purely on its ground performance. It's really not too bad. I have a business where I sell cars and it only took me about a week of saving up to buy it. Just get a vehicle warehouse and doing import/export really doesn't feel like grinding at all, you won't need any cash cards for anything if you do it right.
