So basically we need an avenger or mobile operations center both with the vehicle work shop option to customize this? Can we customize it in the vehicle workshop of our facility? Weapon upgrades require one of those. Normal customization (body, paint & wheels) can be done in LSC/personal custom shop. Thanks all for the reply. Cool thing to do with the Deluxo: fly really high, jump out the car and see where it lands. The car usually lands in funny places. I love this car so much, I can't wait for this weekend when I'm free of college stuff to grind to buy my own. I had so much fun on the setup missions and couldn't stop smiling as I drove it, it's just like when I spent hours playing with the BTTF mod for GTA SA, years ago. Something I found out yesterday: If you wanna do a quick get-a-way on the road it is great to get into hover mode just for acceleration, then switch back to wheels after 1-2 seconds. If you use that option, then the Deluxo will also start to hover by pressing the R1. Though, you will still be firing with the L1, at least it's easier now.
