Looking for people to play with in the weekend!

So due to my new job, I can't really play much with the guys I use to play with.
They're all stay-at-home dads, and there's nothing wrong with that, but weekend is their family time then so they're not on that much. I, however, work almost 60 hours a week, and Friday night and all of Saturday is my "man-cave time". I don't have kids. So I'm looking for some people to play with over the weekend.
Just some things about me.
I'm 31, male, like to joke around, love to race in the game, have no problem doing any missions or jobs. Only things that piss me off in-game is glitching/modding bs, grinding the same mission over and over again just so idiots can fail (looking at the PAC Standard Finale people who take 3 tries and 2 hours to complete, you muppets!... don't even get me started on the "do we use the chopper or the swat van", JUST USE THE DAMN BIKES! IT'S NOT THAT HARD!).
Things that I'm not good with is:
- people who are like "well I'm just trying to make us as much money as possible while everything is double RP and $$" types. the ones that get frustrated and talk to you like an idiot, like you don't know how to do a certain mission or you can't read.
- people who are offended with everything/will get all weird when you use a curse word in the party because a woman is in the party/and find d**k jokes to be "gay"
- "I'm the leader and I say what we do" types (I get enough of that from work)
which reminds me
- people who whine and moan about life and/or work (yeah, I get it, we're playing a crime simulator, if we were all very happy with all things in our lives, I doubt we'd be playing it, get over it)

I know I sound like I'm whining and moaning, but it's just.. I always run into these weird people with weird authoritarian cliques that just bother the hell outta me.
I really wanna play with some chill people that like to have fun. If anyone is interested, like I said I've only got friday nights and saturdays free to play. (Dutch time... so like, it's it's noon in NYC, it's 6pm here)

Feel free to give us a shot. We will be running 2x MC contracts this weekend, but the group is new and it's ideal to weed out the bad players, or those with only themselves in mind.

 

Looking to build a small group to help each other, that'll hopefully come after this 2x, but as I'm legit too, this is an ideal time for me to get ahead a little.

Plus I'm enjoying the break from freemode businesses, lol.

 

No pressure, mic or text chat, just ask for respect for each other and for those that do join anywhere to enjoy what their doing, otherwise, pointless.

 

Hop in, many good players joining. Never know.

 

No discord though, don't even know what that is, lol. My PSN's the same as here dude.
