You mean like starting all over from the beginning with all your end-game assets intact, like Challenge Mode in Ratchet & Clank games? No. Unfortunately, if you haven't purchased everything in your playthrough, you either have to grind it out a little at a time, with no major moneymaking missions, or start all over again, using tricks involving manipulation of the stock market with Lester's Assassination missions (after The Big Score) and Htch Lift 1.
