quick question about criminal mastermind

i know criminal mastermind is passing all heist missions on hard without dying once

 

but what about if you fail a mission? e.g. get spotted in the stealth mission for humane labs, or you fail to shoot the guy with the case when he gets out of the car, etc - will that harm the criminal mastermind progress?

heist failure will not reset the CMM as long as no one in the team dies

 

so when it comes your team almost dying, i say its best just blew up objective's target (i.e briefcase , protected person or a vehicle) to get another chance getting the armor along resupply your ammunitions if you don't want use too much armor and snacks
