Something is wrong with my apartment building

Hello. So i logged in GTA online and my spawn was my apartment. I go change clothes, walk out my room and suddenly i cant move, im trapped. I changed my session at first and it didnt work, so then i changed my spawn and then again joined a new session. I fly to my apartment building (next to maze bank west office) and i dont even know it's looking weird...?? Anyone have an idea what is happening? Check the screenshots.

Lol does this actually happen on PC? Glad I'm PS4. sh*t like this is really f*cking offputting. I probably would stop playing the game altogether.

man, i have said it before and would say it again, people that do nice things like this should be able to play in their own session where they can share their creations without interfering with others.
