Traffic fix

I have tried many traffic fixes. Realtraffic.asi is the closest but no TBOGT car spawning on map unless I spawn from SNT, then they spawn very limited. I have checked cargrp.dat in TBOGT and they dont spawn like in the cargrp.dat. I have set Admiral, Sentinel, Solair as the only cars to spawn in harlem but they dont only 1 or 2 no matter how long I drive around. I want a traffic fix that is able to spawn all cars. Trafficload or some of the other fixes not working. HELP, anyone...........
