Lobbies without weaponized vehicles?

these weaponized vehicles are slowing killing the game....playing in public lobbies isnt fun anymore.

this game is slowly turning into a battlefield style game. dont get me wrong i enjoy getting into battles with other players but that is what jobs are for...

the griefers are persistent about chasing players down and killing when clearly the other player is trying to run away...

 

any thoughts on making lobbies without the weaponized vehicles allowed?

There is no chance in hell that R* will make lobbies like these and besides if there are no weaponized vehicles griefers will just find other ways to troll you like placing prox mines in front of your vehicle warehouse

Nope, will never happen and I'm glad it won't. Aside from the fact there is VIP Work soley for some weaponised vehicles.

It would be contradictory to the R* business model to allow players to partake in such lobbies. PvP is why these weaponized vehicles sell at all and since prices for these are so heavily inflated due to the "in-game economy" therefor more cash card sales.

 

Oh and just think of poor Agent 14 how lonely his days would be without anyone to harass abourt cargo being shipped from rival crews...

I don't know what kind of answer do you expect? They won't change a thing unless you make a petition or ruin their ratings by spamming nevagive reviews.

I think that's the problem. Stop running away from the weaponized vehicles and fight back. They are not that scary.

 

If you feel trapped - Heist invite teleport and a race lobby with "Matchmaking: Closed" are your friends.

You have to find a crew like SAFE, which only plays with themselves and only PVE, it's the only way.

If RockStar opened up a few more interiors (eg Rockford Plaza) it would allow players to enjoy some good old fashioned toe to toe combat without needing to segregate lobbies or remove the new vehicles. (That is until some smart arse starts sniping you through the walls from 6 blocks away or glitches an Oppressor into the building.)

I would just make it so all activites (or at least businesses) are possible to do in private lobbies. But who knows if R* will ever do that.

This game is not turning into Battlefield.

 

Battlefield doesn't have f**king flying bikes, batmobiles, or chromed aircraft that the victim gets charged for destroying.

I suppose that is a good point... if there weren't weaponized vehicles, more people might actually start using proxy mines, and I would have a harder time blowing up random players as people became more aware that running over a beeping and flashing package on the ground will make them explode.
