Cheaters on PS3 GtaOnline tampering with my account

hello anybody here have problems with modders tampering with their account. in the last few months modders artificially increased my level which cause freezing problems. i solved these freezing problems by deleting and reinstalling GTA 5 and on GTAOnline i delete the character and create a new one starting at level one. i lost count how many times modders increase my level and having to delete the tampered character and make anew character from scratch to prevent freezing issues.

 

starting over is annoying because i lost the cars i liked the insurgent and the armoured kuruma. i have to re do heists to get back those cars.

 

Today this happened to me twice. around 3 or 4pm EST i was at level 6 or 7. i suddenly see my level increasing i turned of my PS3 to stop it.(this usually works). When i get back into gtaonline my level is at 500. i immediately delete that character before the game freezes and recreate another one. after re-starting at level one i again saw my level rapidly increasing and i unplug the PS3. i again went back into gtaonline and the level is at one.

 

looks like turn off my PS3 or unplugging it stip your level from artificially increasing.

 

a few months ago i worked hard to level 120 or more i forgot the exact number i completed all 4 heists, have a luxury apartment have some of the best cars in the game planes, a fighter jet you could by so pegasus can deliver it to you. etc. i have it all until a cheater decided to increase my level which causes freezing problems. since then it has gotten worst

 

 

 

it seems like i have to choose "solo session" since PS3 Gtaonline is infested with cheaters who have no problem tampering with other people's accounts and rockstar support is not doing anything to stop them

i recreate my character multiple times. i asked technical support and nothing is been done

this is odd after i engage in police chase and shootout i went to into the gun store for ammo and i have access to all guns and i am still at level two. is this related to the report i submit to them 2 hours ago about modders tampering with my account?

The modders probably remotely unlocked all the guns for you.

i just moved up to level 3 after buying some clothes at polsonbys

that's how it is on old gen and unless you move to current gen/pc, it's not gonna go away.

yestarday or the day before a mod placed a bounty of over $1million today i restarted at level one . i then log off took a break and a few minutes ago when i get back on withing seconds of entring GTA Online my rank suddenly increased i then unplug the ps3 from the socket. looks like i will only play on Solo Sessions and only join lobbys with freinds

When did they say they were no longer going to offer support for people playing on the Xbox 360 or PS3 variants? They only said they weren't supporting updates...

Pretty sure PS3 and 360 wouldn't be so infested if they actually supported it in any way. But then I could be wrong.

Build a game on a P2P system without any way of having an effective anti-cheat and that's sadly why these platforms are like that. PC is 'supported' and yet that's still infested with modders/ hackers/ cheaters. Rockstar Support will still provide help for technical issues or stuff out of a user's control though, on all five platforms though. Then again, the helpfulness of Rockstar Support seems to depend on the day and week.

Usually, when I notice my levels getting messed up, I immediately quit the game, don't turn the ps3 off, just quit the game (luckily before anything saves) wait a few seconds, and then reload back into online. Levels should still be the same. I don't know if someone tried de-ranking me yesterday or if it was just a glitch from R*'s servers messing up, but for some reason after I got out of a deathmatch, my level was 1 and my rp was in the negatives. Immediately quit the game, waited a while then loaded back into online and my level was back to normal.

I don't know where they heard that from, but I've had issues with my first character from modders/hackers and they usually help me out and I'm still using a PS3. Xbox 360, I'm not sure of, but I doubt they've stopped service support for them either. Considering that a lot of people still play on older generation consoles.
