a couple of weeks ago i was driving around los santos in my tornado convertable low rider and i stopped at a red light, i raised my top and before the light turned green i tapped my horn at a car ahead of me.

a npc driving a car next to me got pissed at me.

I guess you must be one hell of a polite driver not to have encountered this already...

 

To add to your fun wheel spin next to an NPC car while waiting at a red light, when the light goes green they will take off as if racing.
