So today is thanksgiving in USA. I just want to say to those who are partaking this holiday. May you have a safe and wonder thanksgiving with the ones you love. Be safe out tonight if your doing blackfriday it's not really worth getting hurt over a few % off.

At least you can say you are 27.5% more real American then those around you. Not to mention anyone with half a brain knows that this is just people having a good time. They aren't celebrating the near-end of your people centuries ago.

 

Seriously, like Sinterklaas in my country. Lots of people here enjoy it, black and white people play along with it for kids, its like a second christmas for them because of the gifts. However a small group of people say its offensive because the gift deliverers have black painted faces 'legend has it the gift delivery Pieten come through the chimneys to deliver gifts', and try to ruin it for kids. Thankfully those scumbags where stopped this year. My friendly black neighbours even like Sinterklaas, kids all happy because they get gifts.

The way I see it, these kind of people don't do actual equality and unity any favours too. By using it purely to try make people feel awkward, you turn people against it naturally.

 

A shame. Thankfully this attitude and hijacking of causes is on the way out these days though.

 

I am thankful to Quinn for making this thread, and thankful for what has been the best year of DLC in this game for me personally.
