Many of us know that Shawn Fonteno voice acted for both gta sa and gta v.In gta sa he voice acts for the fat gsf ped who was some how given the name tarnell according to sites even tho he isn't even acknowledged with a name in the game he just knows he exist.

 

I know rock star said a character can cross over to the HD universe from the 3D if their heard and physically not seen aka them showing that the universe sh*t is an excuse for them not having to add major roles and references from previous gtas about big characters so those minor characters fit perfectly in the newer games. But if Shawn Fonteno voice acted both of these characters that's physically seen does that mean that a character from the 3D universe can become a whole different person in the HD universe? Is Tarnell Franklin in a different life
