So I should be answering this with the Mr.LS account but I want to use it only for official things - Meet & Greet on the side isn't too important. If anyone here wants to do ANY Meet & Greet (PC/X1/PS4/X360/PS3/the Wii if possible) you're more than welcome to! I think it's super cool to have people come together to take pictures and I fully support that. No need to ask for permission. If you guys want to kill the time between rounds/slow days by posting group pictures go for it! Feel free to make meets in here as well, though keep in mind this is a beauty contest so the focus should be somewhat on the characters.

This is the first time that this type of thing has been done in a competition, as far as I can tell, so there's a lot of "unknown". Testing the waters, if you will. There was an "Official" Meet & Greet but that doesn't restrict players to have their own fun. Many couldn't make it to the Meet & Greet that we set forth and as a host you can't please everyone with varying timezones. I'd love to see more pictures so please have your own Meet & Greets!

 

Also, some of the entries only have 5 pictures. Reminder that you're allowed up to 6 pictures (the 6th picture being the "mandatory" vehicle picture - putting it in quotes as we won't refuse entries for not having that 6th picture but we do encourage it as it gives you more choices in Round 2 if you're one of the winners from the Guest Judge).

I admittedly havent been able to get around to getting good snaps, I was grinding for the Fort Zancudo hangar and a workshop (WHICH I GOT, WOOOO!), so I'll post a medicore-level image and a quick bio to enter me into the competition (unless if it's already closed, sorry). Excuse any editing mistakes as I will quickly fix them when I post this.

 

(EDIT: Having issue sizing my title for this, so f*ck it, I can't fix it. This is what I get for not owning a PC, and doing pretty much all GTAF stuff on a f*cking tablet.)

Bio

 

 

Alex was born in Toronto, ON, Canada at the date of November 13, 1993. He was a relatively good child and teen with average school marks ranging in the 80s. In 2010, Alex joined the local military regiment as he didn't particularly take to a civilian life easily and wanted to help his country survive. He did the exact opposite two years later, when he went to take a crucial shot, he hit the target with a non-lethal shot, and accidentally killed a friendly undercover. He was honourably discharged because they didn't discover the body of the friendly, however he couldn't live it down. He fled the country and flew to Los Santos in 2013 to make something of himself, and then became a criminal because of things there was in LS. It pretty much broke the general sane part of him. He was into anything that made him something, rather if it was reputation or cash, such as drug selling, gunrunning, extortion, murder, manslaughter and the occasional littering. He started buying military surplus as he was adjusted to wearing that in combat. Eventually, he made so much cash that in April of that year, Wolf Operations, the paramilitary group he now presides over, was founded by him. He himself bought and supplied the group with military clothing and armor, illegal firearms, and the best training he could provide. This organization had to do a lot of unjustifiable stuff (criminal activity) to fund themselves, which they are actually proud of. Now, they are making claims that the Los Santos government is "running the place wrong", and "doing illegal things themselves". Alex and his troops are now in progress of the mission encoded "Operation: Anarchy".

 

(Creator Notes: Sorry for any stuff that conflicts with things and future details that conflict with this. I don't have a definite bio and background plan for my character, especially for the fact that I thought of this off the top of my head.)

We're still hard at work working hard so I fear there's no announcement just yet about Round 2 but I would like to ask you all a quick favor. I would like for all contestants (who are able and willing) to submit a picture in this thread (or the Round 2 thread when we post it). The picture must be filter-free, no editing with good lighting - don't overthink it, this isn't for the judges. It will be used as a surprise for the final round.

I sorta kinda got a new haircut & a shave a couple of days ago, I'll revert back to the old one to take new photos, but I don't remember the exact transparency level for shaving style in the photos, so it could be a bit a off.

Simply a picture of your character, nothing fancy or complicated! We're making it broad as to give you guys freedom as to what you wish to submit. Again, this is not for the judges - it's a surprise for the final round!

Being specific would take away the surprise element! There are a few contestants above your post who have provided excellent pictures, you may follow their lead if you wish. This is optional and you do not have to post an extra shot - as said it isn't for the judges but just a bit of fun for the final round. If someone doesn't choose to throw in an extra picture we'll most likely use a picture of their 5-6 picture set but with some may have filters. Plus, it's to occupy you guys while we do some backstage things.
