World trade center Gta 4 Version 1.0.0.7 Crash

Hi Everybody i have problems with the world trade center mod for Gta IV the game version 1.0.0.7 when i installed it i go in t the game and teleports to statue of happiness and then my game crashed is there any fix for this because i have been sitting here for 3 hours trying to find a fix Please help me finding a FIX
