I hope so, seeing as some vehicles find it impossible to make it to the next checkpoint in some Rockstar created Stunt Races...

They to nerf, buff and reclass certain cars, not f*cking fiddle with the downforce again so it f*cks everycar that depends on it.

 

Personally I would:

 

-Remove the spoiler traction bonus from the Vagner;

-Remove the downforce stat from the GP1, so it can handle better with less understeer;

-Increase the downforce stat on the RE-7B, Tyrus and ETR-1, so they can be the top dogs in track races(it's stupid that these cars are so slow now);

-Remove the traction bonus from the spare tyre "spoiler" from the Benefactor Stirling GT;

-Increase top speed and acceleration of the Sentinel XS;

-Increase the downforce stat of the Banshee 900R and acceleration to be more competitive;

 

Also, lots of reclassing:

 

-Reclass the Blista Compact to compact cars;

-Reclass the Sentinel XS to sports car;

-Reclass the Sultan RS to sports car;

-Reclass the Turismo Classic as a super car;

-Reclass the Cheetah Classic as a super car;

-Reclass the Infernus Classic as a super car;

-Reclass the Torero as a sports car;

-Reclass the Ardent as a sports car(make it usable in races);

-Reclass the Vapid Retinue, Troppos Rallye and Obey Omnis to off-road class;

-Remove the BF400 and Sanchez from off-road class;

-Reclass the Contender to off-road(or at least allow it to compete in off-road races).

A F40 shouldn't be on the same level of a damn 300 SLR, it should completely obliterate it.
