I can't understand the logic behind how much rp you get for killing a bounty. It varies inconsistently.

 

I think their rank has an affect. But the value of the bounty doesn't? Nor does whether or not they obtained it for stealing a car vs another player placing it on them. If they are a ceo, mc president or high mental state it is extra 200 rp?

 

Seems to be anywhere from 200 - 2000. Most commonly seen is 600 or 2000.

It's level related, higher levels = higher RP like you say. Also affects the amount of RP you get for surviving a bounty.

 

Also you'll get an RP bonus the more psycho (red, although you cannot see it) the player is for killing them so that will increase it if they are being arseholes.
