Rockstar staff doesn't know their own game

I apologize to anyone who's seen my post in the official bitch and moan thread but considering the response I got from rockstar I thought it deserves it's own thread.

 

Alright so I was doing the phantom wedge bunker sell mission (for anyone not familiar with it: you get a trailer filled with weapons cargo and a phantom wedge attached. Within 30 seconds of driving, Agent 14 tells you the cops were tipped off and to get to the drop off point). So I get to the designated area with cops in pursuit to sell my weapons but the end cutscene with the cargobob doesn't trigger and I never got my money.

 

At this point I started recording and trying to do everything I can to end the sell mission.

I submitted a ticket to rockstar, including the video and they replied to me saying I needed to lose the wanted level before i could make the sale. WTFFFFF?!?!??!?!! You can NOT get rid of the wanted level during that specific bunker sell mission!!!!! (Ive played and completed this mission hundreds of times) I even called Lester in the video, paid $200 to try and remove the wanted level but of course it doesn't work.

 

After receiving that ignorant response I'm unbelievably annoyed. I replied and asked if this was their way of forcing shark card sales because the in game function to make money is BROKEN.
