I got it when I logged in. Next time I did it was gone and it said it was cancelled. I even checked my transaction log in maze. No record of the money coming in or being spent

Should have taken a screenshot to prove what had happened then contacted Rockstar Support along with the pic. Other than that, there isn't really anything else you can do.

Can't they look at my recent stuff and see. It's actually still in my maze account with the recent transactions

I don't get it. First you're saying its not in the transaction log and now you are saying it is.

 

Either way, yes, Rockstar do have the ability to look at transactions (even ones we don't see). You should contact them via their support page.

 

If I had to take a guess, they'd probably tell you to wait until the 13th of November (last day for it to be deposited) just in case it was an error. If not, then its definately an issue that needs looking into.

It's not in the transaction log. That's the point. I can show them it's not. And I tri2d to contact them on there support page. When i look it up its only a phone number that leaves you on hold

Basically. It shows in the transaction log that it was not deposited or any taken out. I got a notice that for some reason it was cancelled. I stayed subscribed and logged in when I was supposed to

You can Submit a Ticket instead of phoning them. A lot easier too :)
