Skill/attributes in Deathmatch question

I know forced guns eliminates the advantage of higher lvl players as far as equipment is concerned, but could they still have an advantage in terms of skills/attributes i.e. health, strength, shooting etc. I read somewhere every 20 lvls you get 20 health but wasn't sure if those stats where balanced when playing deathmatch.

Yep and higher ranks can carry more armour too.

I consider it more of a reward than being unfair, besides, it's not like rank 100 is that difficult to achieve these days with the varying double money and RP events.

Its actually during all jobs, unless scripted; i.e: Beast, Juggernaught.

 

Its very noticable during Adversary Modes with one shot kills such as Condemned. Most rank 100+ with full health will survive a shot from the Marksman Pistol from quite a distance whereas a rank 50 will be killed instead.

 

Bullshark Testosterone will double what you currently have. A rank 100+ with BST and full health will survive a direct RPG whereas a rank 90 won't.

Another thing to keep in mind for pvp if you are a low rank is that there is a bit more of a cool down period for the combat roll if you don't have maxed out stamina. I guess stamina would probably be the easiest stat to max out though so unless you are a very low rank just starting out you would probably have a fully maxed out stamina bar anyway but it is something to keep in mind. The stamina bar for my second character is bugged and is stuck at about half way and I'm really at a disadvantage against a half decent fighter who uses the combat role a lot as there is such a delay on mine I can't match them roll for roll.
