Kolopsel
Hello, Ive noticed that Task Sequences would help me a lot in my scripts, but i do not know how to work with them. Could someone of you please explain me how they work ? P.S : I know there is already a thread about Task Sequences but that thread did not help me much. Thanks, - Kolopsel
Guest
Could you explain what part of TaskSequences that the other threads explained didn't help, or what particular part of them wasn't covered that you want to use? There are 24 threads in a search for TaskSequence that cover a wide variety of topics, so it would be better if we're not just repeating information in there that didn't actually help. THEAETIK
This is what I use and worked for me. The dispose part was really important as I've had peds stop performing tasks at some point as it probably had a bunch running over dead peds. If you were to set a ped through .task.DoTheThing() directly a systemic would always take over, making the ped flee or fight back.Applying a tasksequence to a ped forces them to stick to the plan. ThisPed.Task.ClearAllImmediately();TaskSequence ThingsToDo = new TaskSequence();ThingsToDo.AddTask.DoTheThing();ThingsToDo.AddTask.DoTheOtherThing();ThingsToDo.Close();ThisPed.Task.PerformSequence(ThingsToDo);ThisPed.AlwaysKeepTask = true;ThingsToDo.Dispose(); Edited November 12, 2017 by THEAETIK
