SkyUI

For whoever has done this, I love you :inlove::inlove: , I hope you can do the same for GTA III and Vice City

PD: Maybe you can publish the source code, to support other languages

Basically you just have to change all " í " to " á ",but I guess is better that I show word by word.

Proporcin -> Proporción
Panorímica -> Panorámica
Estíndar -> Estándar

Atrís -> Atrás
Gríficos -> Gráficos
Estadisticas -> Estadísticas

Also bottom menu text is not T H I C C when using another language than english

Te lo juro, casi le doy vuelta a todo el Abecedario de ASCII para arreglarlo, y lo logre,
(Intente tambien cambiar "Info" por "Información" como en la version de PS2 pero da ciertos problemas por la cantidad de caracteres y el espacio entre "Juego" y Mapa" se ve muy amontonado)
English: I swear, I almost turned all the ASCII alphabet to fix it, and I did it,
(Also try to change "Info" to "Information" as in the PS2 version but it gives certain problems because of the number of characters and the space between "Game" and Map "looks very crowded)

I don't have any remarks on the project itself, but it's a bit puzzling that you chose to give it the exact same name as one of the most popular Skyrim mods.

Might make it hard to find through an internet search and could lead to confusion.

While thinking a right name for this project, i didn't knew there was any thing called SkyUI.

"Sky" is a term, which has been used for calling Renderware on PS2 console.

As this mod replace the entire User Interface, based actually on the PS2 version of the game, I thought the best name may be this.

Changing the name now after the first release, could maybe be even more muddler.

I found a bug . If you try to save old save game you cant , it just apear the main menu and a question you will do full mouse support for this mod ?

That's strange, I installed the mod when I had a saved game already having arrived in San Fierro, and the mod worked perfect

 

Add: there are several things that are rarely translated, for example

 

Button icons and some translations that are not quite right

PS2's Skip Trip doesn't work in my game, is there anything I have to do before it works? I've added SkyUI.asi and uni, as well as ui.txd in models.

Also, when I try to save the game, it gets me to the pause menu instead of the saving panel.

Also, I noticed the modloader's control option is missing in this menu. Maybe it should be added inside 'game' option?

I'm actually more worried about no being able to save than anything else, is a gamebreaker evidently, it can't be the save like someone before me said because i started a new game and tried to save, but the same happens.

 

It is likely that the problem when saving game is an interference with another mod, I have not had any problem

Now that, is very likely, must be another common mod, i just haven't taken time to find out which, however i am playing with this on a clean game no problem, it ain't the savegames.

Damn,you're the only one who has noticed that, good job!

 

Didn't read the pervious 2 pages.

Anyway, let's just wait to see if it will be added.

 

EDIT: A little issue. When enabling the mod, fading between loading screens get removed, and loading bar finishes before it reaches the end of it, so it turns loading style to mobile loading style but with the normal size of the loading bar.

Hi, when I enter the map in singleplayer, I can't escape or switch menu section

And those letters have some bugs: é,è,Î,ï,à

I would love to see ML compatibility if possible

This mod's awesome otherwise

I really love this mod, however, I can't use DYOM with this mod, yes I know, I've read the previous pages, but please implement DYOM support, I use it frequently to make videos and it's too bad I have to disable this mod to use it

That should make it possible to use DYOM with SkyUI.

This mod has many incompatibilities with the Widescreen Fix of ThirteenAG, I wish I could use both without problems

with the ThirteenAG Widescreen Fix:

With the Widescreen Support from SkyUI:

You can disable SkyUI's fixes in the SkyUI.ini by changing bWidescreenSupport variable to 0.
