Vehicles bought not being delivered (current bug)

Well they haven't patched it today, lost yet another faggio.. Maybe tomorrow

Its just insane. This should be a pinned thread until it gets sorted out.

I cant even imagine how many millions players have lost due to this issue.

What kills me is that R knows about it. How fkn hard would it be to put up a warning on their support page and acknowledge they are at least working on it.

This is exactly why R gets so much negative feedback from players and they deserve every bit of it.

At no time during the last 4 years has rockstar admitted any bug that costs players money. I would guess this makes them liable. You see it time and time again, they don't answer any question about such things and never ever pin it to their support board. It's company policy for sure but yeah it must be because of some legality that they wont talk about such things. Kinda sucks they do that, you'd appreciate them much more if they would admit mistakes and do something about it. As for how many people have been stung buy this. Id say everyone that uses both characters by now. If they don't patch it by tomorrow a lot of people will get hit again with the new super.. I'm not even confidant they will have it fixed before the hunter drops. Probably put it on the list to fix with the next update... I bet they are just happy to leave it broken so long as the taxi glitch is still patched. damm sure if a work around for the glitch was found they would have patched it by now!

As usual R* will be concentrating on the latest dupe glitch, those Sultan RS aren't good for T2 bottom line*, instead of fixing a bug that costs players money.

If they patch the latest Sultan dupe work around in the coming day or two and don't fix this while they are there, then you'll know they are really something not good !.

So basically... if R* had more reasonable pricing people wouldn't have to resort to insane glitching to enjoy the game, and then the fixes for said glitches wouldn't end up f*cking over a very large amount of players (like me) who don't glitch or mod cash (but definitely don't buy shark cards, because those too are vastly over priced) in the process.

Wow... I didnt expect them to fix it before the new update. sh*tty temp fix but at least it didnt take weeks or months to fix. How long was this undelivered bug active for? 8 days?

Took 13 days to patch, there's still a lot of people still fighting Rockstar to get the money back without much luck so far. and I bet thousands and thousands who have lost things and have no clue Rockstar support even exists. But at least they did patch it and much faster that you would expect. I'm sure we helped out here with both pressure and a big hint on how to fix it. I good result I would say, lets hope everyone that did put a ticket or 10 eventually gets the money back.

I'm stuck in a similar problem, in my case I bought a thruster which was on discount applied an additional 10% more discount from the lucky wheel it says it is delivered to my facility but it's not there, I filed a ticket with my transaction history but rockstar said they could not verify my claim and they closed the ticket, can someone help me out what to do  it's a clean account my hard earned cash went in vain

I had a similar issue with ruiner 2000. I got a message saying it'll be delivered at my "underground warehouse" which was something I hadn't seen before. Also there was no choice to make for selecting garages at the time of purchase. I did change lobbies and restarted the game but nothing happened. My 5.5 mil is gone.

I had a similar issue with ruiner 2000 purchase. My 5.5 mil was transacted and no vehicle showed up. Also there was a message saying it'll be delivered to my "underground warehouse" instead of it letting me choose a garage like in the usual purchases. This was odd. 

I did restart and change lobbies but nothing happened.

That's because the special vehicles from the Import/Export update ONLY go to the underground warehouse storage. They behave much the same way as the personal Hangar.
