Can't launch jobs

So I've been having this problem lately getting this message 'Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar games services'.

Tried everything, wiping the game/data, recalibrate etc.etc.

Only way to bypass it, is by using my phone as a hotspot, needless to say, this completely drains my data bundle. When online I can switch to my Ethernet cable and (after disconnected)get back on gta online only to play free mode. Can't launch jobs.

So what do I do? R* support says all the faults are on my or my ISP's end.

The hotspot works on Nat type 3, normal cable on type 2. Should I switch cable to Nat type 1?
