Fixed Cutscene Characters

I realized that fixing the animations is NEVER going to be finished for all of them, and even if it was, it would break all other peds. So I started looking through the models and skeletons, and tried just changing the bad bones' IDs to ones that aren't used in any animation. And it actually worked.

It's nowhere near perfect, but it looks good in every animation (except shooting, seems to be bugged)

I made 2 versions, one where only the rotation is fixed, and another where abnormal leaning is also fixed (which seems to cause more problems with shooting)

Nice. Are those actual cutscene models? How do they compare in height ingame with Niko and other peds. IV had everyone ingame at the same exact height, that's why I'm asking. :D

There's lot of variation. Gerry and the Perestroika magician are a lot taller than normal peds, Packie and McReary mom are a lot smaller. Luis and Johnny are player height.

Awesome! How many of these characters do you plan to do? Having at least the main cutscene characters ingame would add a lot of realism to the game, it's so weird seeing some of them tower over Niko in the cutscenes then right afterwards being the exact same height as him, lol :D

All IV characters are done already, one problem is that they bug out when they aim / shoot. You can safely replace the ones' ig models that never shoot in any mission.

I also have a problem in which I try to import any files from the folder that you have put in the RAR using OpenIV then selecting Import-openFormat, there is to import from that said cs_"ped" file. Can you please help me, I am kind of new to GTA 4 modding.

You need to install them using OpenIV, but you have to manually drag and drop them because they're in openformats or whatever it's called
