Any way to test vehicles with weapons (mainly planes) in Editor/other before buying?

I know you can probably try them in missions, but that's very random and possibly limited on time.

 

This used to be very useful for testing Supers before buying. An Air Race or Capture is fine for flying itself but you don't get the explosive weaponry.

i think you can test them w/ special races etc or custom games.

or you can find people who has the car.

You can most likely create air races with them, but as you suggested unless you own one that's got the upgrades, it's not much of a test.

 

If you're on PC there's a plethora of ways you can get what you want, which I won't list because they're obvious.

If you're on PC, then you can ask modders to spawn them in sessions. Or spawn them yourself with mods (in singleplayer tho).

Having not done any, I could be way off. But when doing the hanger collections/sales, don't these offer opportunities?.

 

Granted, it's versus NPC's and players might interrupt. Plus you may have other, better toys to do things, but the bunkers let us drive weaponised vehicles at times. Though the bunker did have vehicle-specific missions I see the hanger hasn't...

I tried the Molotok quite a bit in a source, still haven't got a Pyro or Rogue though which are the main comparisons for me. Novo too now, heh.

Will do! I can already tell you the Molotok is not what you want to get. It's even worse than the Hydra in terms of turning radius.

I do have the Pyro and Rogue, though.
