Is there a way to convert this model?

I was wondering if there was a way to convert a .pmd model to a .dff model and have its textures in txd format, and have it scaled down a bit? ive already tired to my self but i cant seem to do it at all..i dont know how to post the models file if someone could explain if they wish to accept my request ill upload it, and i dont know how to post a image thats from my computer and not from url, ive changed my profile to the models image. sorry if this is in the wrong topic area...
