PVE/Anything non-PVP DLC Ideas?

This is a followup to my "Taking GTAO Updates in a new direction" thread where i was basically bashing Rockstar for constantly throwing out PVP after PVP update. I recently was in a GTAO session with some friends and decided to explore the ocean floor with my lovely maxed Lung Capacity. Then the thought of an underwater/diving DLC came to mind. And i almost TOTALLY forgot that in Singleplayer we get diving equipment at one point. Some of the potential assets are already there! And if they'd really want to, they could perhaps add a harpoon gun if they ALWAYS need to add some sort of weapon. Which i could care less for. I just would really like this game to be more intelligent and as dynamic as possible. And not just mindless PVP. Animals finally being brought to GTAO would be nice... i still want the ability to hunt, Rockstar. On that note, marine life in an underwater update would be a must. Tagging sharks. Or perhaps something to do with working for Brucie from GTA IV and Bullshark testosterone? Perhaps he would need players to start up their CEO Org and tag sharks kind of like how collecting Air Freight Supplies works? Which would lead to new sea vehicles? New high-performance boats? Or a multi-person Submersible? A private boat dock of some sort? Which has unlockable upgrades like your Bunker or Yacht? My idea here really isn't all that important. Just something off the top of my head.

 

I really want Rockstar to get some sort of message that people want PVE or just in general, some more non-PVP focused content. I really don't believe it's dismal. Literally EVERY single thing i've wanted in the game has pretty well showed up. Mainly car-related. So i do think they're listening.

 

I'd like everyone to share any ideas and/or what they would want to see.

 

And i KNOW i'm not the only one who would love a makeover DLC. Ahahaha... complete with new hairstyles *cough* long hairstyles for women *cough* and an overhaul to the clothing system. You can interpret that name how you want ahahaha.

Layerd contact missions, with restrictions and choice on weapons.

 

Small sets of multi-job missions, either all in the same mission, just with checkpoints, or in a simalar way to Lamar's lowrider ones. No real need for cutscenes, so long as the text is imaginitive, like the CM's are currently. And they can use the one's they have in the game too. But also set them so we have to choose a starting weapon with limited ammo, and use trackify/call Lester to reveal or find the other weapons needed to complete the jobs.

 

The missions themselves won't be too much different to the current way things are added, just with a few tweaks/options added, and a little narative started by R*. Make them themed, things like that.

 

Or let us do it with a mission creator, of course. I'm not experienced with the creator stuff, but I've seen more than enough, and played more than enough player created things over the past couple of years to know there's some out there that'd make some really good sh*t.

 

Also, a survivals part 2 would be perfect too... Simple to add, just use the NPC's from I/E and such, and make it allow for 8 players, so a full MC contingent gan get in there, bigger areas, new areas, and more rounds... Say 15... Too many and the job gets too long, but definitely make them bigger and badder...
