altruist mission randomly triggers

i have completed the altruist cult mission, and when i was just driving to the altruist cult as trevor the scene appeared again, and i killed all the altruists, but everytime i come there it happens. right after completing the mission for the first time, i loaded my game save, and teleported there with mods. and that was when it always appeared again and again. do you think that i need to wait a few seconds or minutes to fix this? someone else had this issue too.
