hasidichomeboy
being able to pick up and throw things off the ground would be nice, especially being able to do it in more missions since iv only ever has you do that in one mission and that's pretty much a glorified tutorial for the mechanic I generally used this feature to make peds hostile. Picking and throwing dildos and pool balls make them really angry and you have a good fist to fist fight. Anyway in GTA V, Trevor making peds hostile just using his mouth. all peds are always hostile towards trevor, no matter what you do interacting with peds was cool but i maybe would have preferred the positive or negative response system instead of press a button to say two nice things and be a douchebag the third

Darealbandicoot
Jetpack - Flying around the detailed world with beautiful vistas and able to explore the verticality, and every building, objects, very closely would have further made the map much more interesting to immerse.Well how about that, you will soon be able to do that..... in gta online
ClaudeSpeed1911
-Everything that Online got should be rebalanced and injected into SP. -SP DLC -More activities like Pool and arcade games (maybe even a GTA1/2 classic game being able to be found in the world with the ability to play the full game) -Interiors for the property and interiors in general like Burger Shot and nightclubs and random "useless" interiors -The content creator being in SP and having the ability to create missions like DYOM mod from GTA SA -More Races -Every Activity that was in GTA4 and DLC -Dynamic Hunting like RDR -Lasso and kidnapping -Much bigger forest and desert -Middle-Class neighborhoods -More missions in the ghetto and with TP INC -Every mini-game from RDR (Liars Dice, Poker) -Casino and gambling -Horses and more animals in general like bears and snakes -Fishing -Underwater activities (smuggling and underwater combat with underwater weapons -More animals in the underwater like squids and fish like the hammerhead shark should be hostile instead of the douchbags they are in the game.- -Crouching -A good stealth mechanic like Manhunt and with the ability to hide in closets and dumpsters -A better Police mechanics that uses stealth and more dynamic cops who go in all directions instead of finding out where you are like magicians. -Animals should grab you and bite you instead of the one hit kill thing they do. Better movement similiar to MGS5. Edited December 10, 2017 by ClaudeSpeed1911

I don't play onine, even though I may try to just experience the amazing jetpack. My hope is that the modders will make it available for the SP gaming, which will be the sweetest thing to happen. Can't wait to fly the jetpack!!!!No, I quoted it to lick my wounds from the 4 years of neglect from R*
Algonquin Assassin
It would be pretty funny if they added the jet pack to single player and completely neutered it like say the Dodo in GTA III. You go to fly it and it explodes or something. I wouldn’t put it past R* to troll like that. I mean GTA V still has a casino that’s been coming soon for the last 4 years. They’d do anything to mess with their single player fan base because they don’t care anymore.

ChiroVette
A much more longer Trevor-stomping-Johnny Totally!!! Also, it would have been very cool if you could execute Niko, since that's what this thread is about. Cool things that should have been in V. The Slav squat Fixed. But yeah crouching despite being a rather simple mechanic would go a long way. I hate GTA V's poor excuse for "stealth". While I never really understood the fetish with crouching because it is "okay" nothing more, in that pic it looks like Niko is taking a dump, which is cool because the sh*tty, grade-B, unknown actor also tried to take a dump on Rockstar when he was unhappy after he realized how much money Rockstar makes on GTA games. So what I like most about that pic is that even Niko looks like he is taking a dump on GTA IV. Don't forget to wipe, Niko! If by taking a Trevor, you mean taking a foot to the head of Johnny K, everyone's favorite drug-addles, nice personolded, washed-up pansy-ass, then, yeah, maybe Niko is taking a Trevor. Algonquin Assassin
Something I think would've been cool is gambling. As I touched on above the fact the casino still remains dormant after 4 years is pretty sad. Blackjack, poker, roulette etc would be awesome for those of us who don't want to use the tedious stock market. Funny thing is, I never used the gambling in San Andreas, but knowing it was there, and knowing the option to gamble was there if I wanted to was very cool. Not sure why this isn't in V, unless its because they never bothered to add in Venturras? Still, they could have had Indian casinos in the desert, like we have here in the NY City area. People from where I live don't have to go to Vegas or Atlantic City to gamble. They can shoot up to Southern Connecticut to the Indian owned casinos. This is one of those things, like interiors, that even though I don't personally care about, it should still be in the game.

ChiroVette
Gambling was good on SA, if you lose reload your save and try again Making easy money without cheating. Actually, you just reminded me! I did use the gambling in San Andreas, but only for the beginning of my starter saves. What I would do is, early in a starter save, I would build up a bankroll using the R3 missions in Los Santos (Fire Truck, Pimpin', Paramedic, Vigilante) as well as Roboi's and some other early stuff that paid decently. Then I would save at Ganton and run over to the horse racing betting place west of the skate park near Glenn Park, and bet everything on the 12:1 or 11:1 horse, and if I lost, I would reload the save. If I won, I would save then do it again, so I had a little over a million dollars for my starter save and could then buy all the properties I could access. So, yeah, lol I guess I used the gambling. Timcatgt5
Now that the jetpack has been announced for the upcoming heist, I'd like to see it on single player if it's with or without weapons. The flying car for SP as well. GTA IV driving physics. Option E: Every main character dies in the end and is replaced by an NPC that can morph into any animal. Ondr4H
-Ability to use online cars in singleplayer.I dont mind if small fee will be necessary. -Insurance of cars in singleplayer -Possibility of changing main vehicle -Wanted level as in 3D era, so FIB and National Guard if things went really crazy. -Making police smarter with various tactics, better roadblocks and more units such as K9 units, not these lemmings aimbots as we have. -Passenger train operating around San Andreas -Possibility to buy some dogs or cats as pets. ArmyRaidFail404
A little known relic from GTA IV that is the glorious arcade game called Qubed3D But also, with this whole map thing I would've liked to actually see it bigger. It may seem selfish, but seriously games like Just Cause had bigger maps, and quite frankly I still whole heartedly believe that San Andreas trumps V's map because it feels bigger. I guess what I'm saying is, they could have done more work on the map, making it more diverse and at least 1.3x its current size. If you're stuck for ideas on how it could be made bigger, use Paleto Bay as a city, but just smaller than Los Santos. Honestly as it is now you can't excuse it for a bay. Making Paleto Bay bigger and more like a Silicon Valley could have given more assassinations from Lester as all the tech companies that he hates are there, it could also have given us better heists (robbing a robotics company or something for some high tech sh*t, almost similar to that one mission in Watch Dogs 2), and more importantly it could have given us a more diverse map. San Andreas got that sh*t down simply because each city felt different. f*ck, even the different boroughs of GTA IV felt different (Alderney was much different then Broker, which was much different from Algonquin etc.) It just seems like such a missed opportunity. Electrochoc
Interiors should stay unlocked. I loved the Lifeinvader building and Teqiul-la la. They put so much effort in them, but you can only access these interiors only during a particular mission. I was like damn i want to check every detail of lifeinvader building after the mission, then you go there and building is locked. damn.
